Manufacturing Engineer

Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing and modifying equipment. Develop jigs and fixtures and research tooling needs for efficient manufacturing and machining. Testing and commissioning manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors. Optimize manufacturing processes by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Troubleshooting production/processing methods and equipment

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience
Machine shop and manufacturing processes / Fabrication experience will be a plus

Qualifications: Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering degree required
Associate Degree may be considered with relevant experience

CAD Drafter

Transforms initial rough draft product designs using 2D CAD and 3D parametric modeling software into working documents. Reviews engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.

Requirements: Associate's degree in Design or a related field with course work in computer-aided design or equivalent from a two year college or technical school: or 1 to 2 years experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Purchasing Agent

Independently performs complex purchasing responsibilities for a variety of metals, materials, tooling, supplies, services and equipment.

Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written). Strong negotiation skills required. Basic business math required. Monitoring and managing inventory supply system. Preparing and processing of purchase orders.

Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or metals industry needed. Experience with SupplyPoint Inventory Manangement System a plus.

Welder

Utilizes oxy-acetylene torch cutting and welding processes (including Gas Metal Arc Welding, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, and Pulse Gas Metal Arc Welding), and welds a wide variety of metals and their alloys in fabrication and repair of metal structures, intricate parts, equipment, and other items in accordance with customer specifications. Skilled, as a fit-up welder, in the use of MIG, TIG, & standard welding equipment.

Experience and/or certification in steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum. Must be able to read prints, including welding symbols. Knowledge of the standard tools, materials, & techniques of the welding trade, along with quality tools to measure and examine completed parts to ensure product quality is met. TIG Aluminum experience a high plus.

Maintenance Technician

Responsible for administering maintenance, troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing machinery and mechanical equipment including- manual & CNC lathes/mills, waterjet, sheet lasers, tube lasers, air compressors, forklifts, media blasting equipment, EDM machines, chillers, dust collectors, powder coating line, paint booth, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, distilling equipment, any and all equipment associated with the manufacturing process as well as preventive maintenance. 3 or more years of experience in industrial mechanical/electrical and/or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.

Salary commensurate with experience in a manufacturing environment – preferably in the metals industry.

Production Worker

Under immediate supervision, performs manual labor and a variety of routine unskilled and semi-skilled assignments either as a project team member or independently following detailed work instructions or clearly defined work procedures. Powder Coat Operator

Prepping parts for paint, including media blasting. Handling, hanging, and packaging of parts on/off the line. Job requires standing on your feet and lifting parts, some above your head. Sheet Laser Operator

Ability to understand and read drawings/blueprints. Have current knowledge of metal fabrication in accordance with processes of laser cutting. Knowledge of handling and reading measuring equipment (calipers and mics). Standard math skills. Setup and operate laser to achieve optimal machine performance. Maintain equipment to ensure proper operation.

Sets up and operates CNC press brake machine to bend, form, notch, punch, arc or straighten metal or structural shapes as specified by job travelers, blueprints, drawings, templates or layouts. Will be fabricating a wide variety of metal products to customer specifications

Requirements: Must have own tools. 3 or more years of experience and/or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.

Electrical Engineer

Assists in the design, development, testing, and installation of electrical equipment, components or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use. 

Ideal candidate should have hardware proficiency on integration and servicing AB Controllers and or Fanuc Computerized Numerical Controllers. Selection and validation of electrical components. Planning and selection of vision sensors for part inspection and identification.

Software proficiency should include knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Microsoft development tools Visual Studio.Net, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows XP Professional & Windows Vista, High speed motion control tuning software, and various other electrical engineering software applications.

Candidate should have minimum of 2-3 years experience.
