ELECTRONICS ENGINEER
Job Summary for Electronics Engineer:
The Electronics Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic systems and components for corrosion monitoring applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of electrical engineering projects, with your main focus being but not limited to Analog and Digital schematics design, PCB layout design and verification for Intrinsic safety compliance and test plan development.
Education & Experience for Electronics Engineer:
- Bachelor of Science degree involving major study in electronics engineering, plus 3- years’ experience or
- Master of science in Electronics engineering with 1 year experience.
*Pay Commensurate with experience.
Electronics Engineer Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analog And Digital circuit design to comply with Intrinsic safety compliance.
- Developing a system for battery powered wireless systems.
- Develop and modify circuit schematics with respect to component selection.
- Design Revision based on complete testing of functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Comprehensive technical Document preparation including Bill of Materials, test procedure and product assembly procedures.
- Providing guidance to Manufacturing / Assembly Team. Collaborate with other engineers and technical manpower of the team.
To be successful as an Electronics Engineer with ALSPI, you must also possess Knowledge on Hardware design:
- PCB design using Altium / OrCAD considering intrinsic safety infallible rules.
- Knowledge of Digital Circuit design.
- Understanding Analog circuit design.
- Knowledge of HART Wired and Wireless design.
- Knowledge of ISA Wireless design.
- Knowledge of EX Intrinsic safe / Flame proof with IS compliances.
- Knowledge on Power management systems and Battery-operated devices.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to adapt to new changing requirements.
