Alabama Laser’s TetraMARK laser marking system is a compact, tabletop system.

The TetraMARK is capable of laser marking different font letters, numbers, graphics, barcodes, 2-D matrix, and logos on a variety of materials such as:

 
  • carbon steel
  • stainless steel
  • aluminum
  • copper		  
  • mirror-finished stainless
  • wood
  • plastics

 
Files for laser marking can be downloaded and run from a
network PC or a USB flash drive.

Laser Marking Systems The ALSmark Model F10R is a stand alone laser marking system. The system includes a Class 1 safety enclosure with a sliding door and consists of the following components:

   •  10W Fiber Laser
   •  Scan head
   •  ALSmark marking software

These components have been integrated to provide a compact, fast, safe, low-power consuming laser marking system with a maintenance free laser. The system requires no water cooling and can be operated from a 110V/230V wall plug.

Laser Marking Systems Alabama Laser's automated laser marking systems scans a part as it enters the marking area, sends the part identification information to the main frame and then laser marks the appropriate serial number/bar code onto the part.

Parts enter the marking area on a tray via a conveyor. Scanning detects whether or not a part is present on the tray and if so places the appropriate mark on the part.
