FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
Job Summary for Receptionist:
Receives callers at establishment, determines nature of business and directs callers to destination. Answers inquiries and obtains information for general public, customers, visitors and other interested parties. Provides information regarding activities conducted at establishment, location of departments, offices and employees within the organization. Collects and distributes mail and messages. May perform variety of clerical duties and other duties pertinent to establishment. COMPUTER SKILLS A MUST
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
