• A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related discipline and 3-5 years of relevant experience (desired) and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience working with an ERP system is desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issues sales orders, ensures objectives are documented and aligned with project success indicators, and works to remove barriers for project completion.
• Develops and reviews project status reports, coordinates work across departments, and manages product assembly and documentation transfer.
• Facilitates communication between team members, departments, and customers, addressing technical issues and product concerns.
• Acts as a liaison between customers, Engineering, and Management to resolve higher-level problems and enters RMAs for customer returns.
• Maintains records of customer calls, complaints, and recurring product defects, reporting issues to Engineering, Management, and Quality.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of procurement methods, project planning, and the ability to analyze quality of materials and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, management, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and understanding of basic manufacturing, industrial, and technical concepts, including electrical, coatings, and piping.
• Ability to read technical drawings, conceptualize project planning, and provide strategic recommendations based on company policies and product knowledge.
