MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Job Summary for Maintenance Technician:
Performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance to maintain complex systems, installs, operates, maintains, repairs and replaces building equipment, mechanical equipment, machines, electrical equipment, heating and cooling systems, repairs structures and maintains the grounds of the establishment. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to details.
- Ability to troubleshoot.
- Ability to create detailed work instructions for electrical/mechanical assemblies.
- Knowledge of techniques, tools, equipment and materials used in maintenance.
- Computer Skills
- Working knowledge of National Electric Code.
- Ability to repair, align, calibrate, inspect and test a variety of systems and/or equipment.
