Obituary for Louis Alfonse Dubuisson Jr.
Louis was born on April 10th, 1942 in Gulfport, MS, and passed away on September 10th, 2024 from an extended illness. Louis was a lifelong Catholic and attended Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Spring Texas.
Louis was a purchasing Manager in the oil and gas industry in Houston, Texas for 20 years. After a downturn in the economy in the 80’s, Louis became a successful paint and repair contractor working for many years with his daughter Jolie by his side.
Louis loved anything related to cars including buying, selling, repairing and especially attending drag races and car shows. He purchased and restored a 1923 Ford “T-Bucket” and was a member of the National T-Bucket Association. One of his and Martha’s favorite activities was attending the annual “Cruisin’ the Coast” in Gulfport and Biloxi, MS.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Martha, loving daughter Jolie Dubuisson, Biloxi, MS, faithful brother Kenny (Paula) Dubuisson from Carriere, MS, Martha’s son Alan Taylor, Grandson Kyle Taylor and many extended family members including nieces and nephews.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Louis Sr and Viola Dubuisson and sister Aline Trehern (Floyd). |
