Edna Rae Bryant Andre

Gulfport – Edna Rae Bryant Andre, 52, died Thursday, July 18, 1996 in
Gulfport.
Mrs. Andre was a native of Gulfport and attended the University of
Mississippi and University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Park Campus. She
was a member of the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors and the Gulfport
Yacht Club. She was a member of St. Peter’s By the Sea Episcopal Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rush Andre, and her parents, Rae
and Edna Earl Bryant.
Survivors include a son, Nathan Schrantz of New Orleans, a step-daughter,
Misha Andre of Biloxi, and a sister, Zetta Hearin of New Orleans.
A service will be at 3:30 p.m. today at Riemann Funeral Home Chapel, 25th
Avenue, Gulfport, where friends may call from 2 p.m. until service time.
The family prefers memorials to the Humane Society of South Mississippi, the
Junior Sailing Program at the Gulfport Yacht Club, St. Peter’s By the Sea
Episcopal Church, or Wildlife Rehabilitation and Nature Preservation
Society. |
