John H. Brumfield
May 16, 1943 – February 12, 2003
San Diego, Calif. – John H. “Jack” Brumfield, 59, died February 12, 2003, in
San Diego, Calif.
Mr. Brumfield was a native of Thomasville, N.C. He graduated from Gulfport
High School in 1961. He served in the U. S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
He owned an insurance inspection business in San Diego and was a member of
the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles T. Brumfield of Biloxi and
Evelyn Fail Brumfield of Gulfport.
Survivors include his son, Travis D. Brumfield of San Diego, Calif., a
brother, Charles T. Brumfield, Jr. of Japan, and a sister, Barbara Brumfield
Warren of Gulfport.
Services were held at Pacific Beach United Methodist Church in Pacific
Beach, Calif.
The family prefers memorials to the American Cancer Society or the
Mississippi City United Methodist Church. |
